Born Tough Momentum Track Suit Jogger Review

December 31, 2019 By Pierre Smith 1 Comment

born tough joggers review

These are great! I live in Florida and I prefer to work out in shorts. I rarely wear sweatpants, but the Born Tough sweatpants have opened my eyes to other options. These joggers were crafted with 92% polyester and 8% elastane. They do not have that heavy cotton feel. The sweatpants are light and breathable. They dry quickly and repel moisture which is ideal for active individuals.   The first thing I noticed about these sweatpants was the comfort. I immediately melted into them. The comfort level is ridiculous. The company obviously factored in the coziness and functionality. These sweats are super light and flexible. I feel like I’m naked when I’m wearing them. The joggers allow … [Read more...]

Price Fighter is Amazon’s Fight Gear Store You Need to Know

May 2, 2019 By Laura Dal Farra 3 Comments

fight gear

Finding the fight gear you want online can be challenging. Whether it’s availability, pricing, or delivery wait times to deal with, the right mix doesn’t always happen. In the past, I’ve ordered directly from Thailand because I couldn’t find gear in my size at a price that was reasonable. (Fight gear pricing can get outrageous, and although I like the idea of having gear that I love, I really hate the idea of being exploited.) It took almost two months for my order to be processed, shipped, and arrive at my doorstep. I also didn’t have a tracking number, so I had no idea when it was going to arrive.  I just had to trust that my equipment had shipped and that it was authentic. … [Read more...]

Liquid Free Packing To Help You Roll Through Airport Security

March 6, 2013 By Laura Dal Farra Leave a Comment

I love flying through airport security checkpoints.  Packing solids rather than liquids helps expedite the process.  In addition, solids may be cut down to custom travel sizes.   For shorter trips, meaning three weeks or less, I aim to bring two carry-ons, maximum.  I pick up products that aren't allowed in the carrier, such as razors, at my destination.   Here's a list of quality and affordable options to throw into your bag.  (I'll assume you figured out to bring solid soap without me having to list it).     1. Facial Wipes Or A Multipurpose Soap   A multipurpose soap is great for both your face and body, particularly when you're … [Read more...]

Women’s Muay Thai Shorts Are Here

February 27, 2013 By Laura Dal Farra Leave a Comment

ladies muay thai shorts

If you're a woman who feels and looks good in traditional muay thai shorts, get off my site.  Out!.....or I'll just be honest and announce, I wish I could relate.   If you're someone who's known about quality made muay thai shorts fit specifically to a woman's body...did you not hear my silent cries years ago?   As far as I'm aware, the marketplace falls dismally short of providing shorts designed for ladies. This has resulted in all forms of weirdness to compensate. I've witnessed a woman cut tiny slashes into the elastic waistband. I've knotted the inner rope so tightly in an effort to avoid a floating waistband, that I've had to unknot it to take the shorts … [Read more...]

Agos Pilipinas Rashguard Review

April 13, 2012 By Laura Dal Farra Leave a Comment

San Juan, La Union, The Philippines

My introduction to Agos Pilipinas was during a surf tour with Surfista Travels to San Juan, La Union. Agos Pilipinas creators and Surfista Travels sponsors Andrea Sason Delos Santos and Mica Ferrer were among the group who were sporting the rashguards for our two day stay.   What initially struck me was the subtle beauty of the design. The bright colour combinations popped on land and in the sea and the placement of the typography accentuated and enhanced the physique of the wearer. My eyes were naturally drawn to those who donned the rashguards amongst the crowded surf.   Upon sliding into mine, I instantly responded to the luxurious feel of the fabric upon … [Read more...]
